In a candid interview with Esquire, actor Xian Lim has put an end to the swirling speculations surrounding his romantic life. After his much-publicized breakup with actress Kim Chiu last year, Lim has confirmed his relationship with filmmaker Iris Lee.

"Yes, I'm seeing Iris (Lee)," Lim stated firmly during the interview. "Just to clear everything, to clear all the speculations. We are seeing each other, and we are very happy."

Lim took the opportunity to shed light on his connection with Lee beyond their romantic involvement. "Una sa lahat, Iris is a talented filmmaker," he praised. "She's my producer and she's also my creative partner."

Addressing rumors of a third party contributing to his split with Chiu, Lim was unequivocal. "These are the things that I want to clarify," he emphasized. "Number one: that there was a third party (involved in the break-up with Chiu). There's no third party. That's it. That plain and simple."
