10 nabbed, more than P161K worth of shabu seized in Bicol drug busts

The Philippine National Police Bicol arrested ten suspects and seized more than P161,000 worth of suspected shabu in several drug busts in Masbate, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte and Albay yesterday.
Three busts were conducted in Albay province. Police nabbed suspect Cleonel Moyo in Zone 4, Barangay Bitano, Legazpi City; Antonio Butial in Barangay Santo Cristo, Tabaco City; and Belga Sr. in Barangay 13, Bacacay municipality. All were caught with one to five sachets of suspected shabu.
Camarines Norte authorities arrested suspects Mark Anthony Barcoma in Bagong Bayan, Jose Panganiban municipality and Marvin Obog in Barangay Calangcawan, Vinzons municipality. Seized from them were four and two sachets of suspected shabu respectively.
The biggest catch of the day was in Zone 1, Barangay San Jose, Iriga City, Camarines Sur with the arrest of Mark Christian Orbon and the seizure of three sachets of suspected shabu weighing around 20 grams and worth P136,000.
Other Camarines Sur arrests were Joseph Ballena in Zone 3, Barangay Pang-Pang, Canaman with two plastic sachets of suspected shabu worth P15,000; Gremar Cortez in Zone 4, Barangay San Isidro Baao with suspected shabu worth P5,000; and Mickey Briones also in Barangay San Isidro Baao with P3,000 worth of suspected shabu.
Authorities in Masbate City authorities arrested suspect Salvador Ubac and seized three plastic sachets of suspected shabu in an afternoon operation in Purok 2, Barangay Espinosa.
