The newly-crowned winners of the 2023 Miss Philippines beauty pageant visited the House of Representatives on Wednesday, May 24 for a courtesy call.

Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee went to the House of Representatives together with Miss Supranational 2023 Pauline Amelinckx, Miss Charm Philippines Krishnah Gravidez, Miss Universe Philippines 1st Runner Up Christine Juliane Opiaza, and Miss Universe Philippines 2nd Runner Up Angelique Manto.

The beauty queens, accompanied by TUTOK TO WIN Party-list Rep. Samuel Verzosa Jr., were welcomed by Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, Majority Leader Manuel Jose “Mannix” Dalipe and other lawmakers at the Speaker’s Office Social Hall.

They were also formally recognized at the Plenary Hall, where they had the opportunity to meet several House leaders, including Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales Jr., Deputy Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Deputy Speaker Isidro Ungab, Deputy Speaker Kristine Singson-Meehan, and Senior Deputy Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander Marcos.
