ABS-CBN And PLDT Jointly Decide Not To Proceed With Sky Cable Transaction

ABS-CBN Corporation and PLDT have opted against moving forward with the sale of SKY as outlined in the Sale and Purchase Agreement signed in March 2023.
Despite this decision, SKY is delighted to assure its subscribers that its cable TV service will persist beyond February 26, 2024. Subscribers can maintain their current subscriptions without disruption, while SKY Fiber, the broadband internet service, remains unaffected.
