Blacklist Academy LTX, a prominent esports organization, has been found guilty of mismanagement, leading to inadequate working conditions for its players.

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Developmental League (MDL) Philippines, in an official statement, said that Blacklist provided subpar working conditions endured by its players.

The league also said that some players at the Blacklist Academy LTX boot camp were not provided with sufficient food budgets on certain days, compelling them to dip into their own salaries to purchase food.

The players also suffered delayed salary payments from Blacklist, in violation of their contractual agreements.

MDL Philippines has decided to impose a fine on Blacklist Academy, the officially registered team for MDL Philippines Season 2.

The league is now working closely with Blacklist Academy to improve the conditions at their boot camp and ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations to the players.
