Blacklist International, one of the top teams in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines Season 7, knocked down Bren Esports to the lower bracket after securing a 3-1 victory in the upper bracket semifinals.

In the first game of the series, Blacklist International surprised Bren Esports with an unusual early game rotation, which allowed them to gain a significant advantage in kills and gold. Bren managed to trade objectives and even took down an inhibitor turret in exchange for a Lord, but Blacklist's dominance proved too much in the end, as they secured their first win of the series.

Bren knew they had to make changes to their draft in the second game, but Blacklist continued to play aggressively and secured early objectives. However, Bren's smart trades kept the gold count from diverging too much. After taking their first Lord, Blacklist was able to dominate Bren, but Bren fought back and was able to extend the game indefinitely. In the end, Bren secured their first Lord and denied Blacklist a sweep, extending the series to game number four.

In the fourth game, Blacklist continued to play aggressively and secured the first blood and the first turtle. Although Bren was able to keep up with the gold count, Blacklist's lead proved too much in the end.
