Activist Teddy A. Casiño filed a civil suit against his relentless red taggers, Lorraine Badoy-Partosa and Jeffrey Celiz.

Casiño asserts that the legal action is long overdue, citing years of false accusations orchestrated by the NTF-ELCAC.

Since 2020, Badoy-Partosa and Celiz, aided by the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), have continuously accused Casiño of terrorism and rebellion, damaging his reputation and inciting hatred. The activist highlights the recent congressional hearing on SMNI's franchise violation as a glimpse into the falsehoods propagated by his accusers.

Casiño emphasizes the personal toll, revealing that the red-tagging extends beyond mere political attacks to his family, fellow activists, and their legitimate beliefs. The malicious campaign includes spreading hate speech and death threats through paid trolls and fake accounts.

Frustrated by the constant false portrayal as a high-ranking official of the CPP-NPA-NDFP, designated a terrorist organization by the Anti-Terrorism Council (ATC), Casiño states that this legal action is not only for himself but for countless activists and citizens victimized by SMNI and the NTF-ELCAC.

Casiño concludes, stating the urgent need to halt these attacks, demanding accountability from Badoy, Celiz, and other red taggers for their lies and destructive actions.
