China and PH Commit to Constant Communication to avoid Miscommunication

In a recent meeting between the Chinese Foreign Affairs Minister Qin Gang and Philippine government officials, the two countries have expressed the need to communicate directly with each other to avoid misinterpretations of their respective pronouncements.
