The Commission on Elections (COMELEC), led by Commissioner Socorro Inting, issued the Certificate of Proclamation to ACT-CIS Representative Erwin T. Tulfo. With the proclamation, Tulfo solidifies his position as the elected representative of ACT-CIS party-list.

During the proclamation ceremony, Rep. Tulfo expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all those who supported him throughout his political journey. He stated, "I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who doubted me, those who questioned the legitimacy of my candidacy, and those who casted doubt on the legality of my candidacy. This would carry on and on. So somebodies, by the grace of God, someone questioned the legality because finally, this will be all over with. COMELEC was able to answer all these doubts, all these questions. Now that is already behind us."

The ceremony was attended by fellow ACT-CIS Representative Edvic Yap, Benguet Representative Eric Yap, former Department Of Tourism Secretary Wanda Tulfo-Teo, and Mr. Roberto Teo.
