Criminal Complaint Filed Against Former President Duterte

House Deputy Minority Leader and ACT Teachers Partylist Representative France Castro has filed a criminal complaint against former President Rodrigo Duterte at the Office of the City Prosecutor in Quezon City.
Castro filed a complaint of Grave Threat under Article 282 of the Revised Penal Code and Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 for the statements the former President made over at Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI).
The interview has since been removed from YouTube, but can still be viewed on other channels.
The complaint alleges that former President Duterte made malicious threats towards Castro, prompting her to “seek recourse through the legal system.”
