Eat Bulaga Hosts Post Ratings Beating E.A.T And It's Showtime

TAPE Production’s "Eat Bulaga" hosts boasted about surpassing ratings against TV5’s E.A.T and GTV’s "It's Showtime" in the AGB Nielsen Nutam TV Ratings in the Philippines. This came after the departure of the show's original hosts, collectively known as TVJ (Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon), who ventured into a new show.
According to the hosts, the breakdown of ratings for July 19, 2023 Urban Ratings, Eat Bulaga got 4.12% , and E.A.T has 3.79% while the Combined GTV/A2Z for It's Showtime garnered 2.76%
Paolo Contis expressed his gratitude to the Kapuso viewers: "Thank you po, mga Kapuso!! 馃檹馃檹馃檹" along with a photo showcasing the ratings.
Isko Moreno, one of the fresh faces leading the show, also took to social media to express his appreciation and excitement for the achievement. He said, "Una, maraming salamat sa Diyos. Pangalawa, sa ating viewers --- sa pagtitiwala nila sa aming mga baguhang host ng Eat Bulaga. Pangatlo, sa management, creatives, and production staff ng TAPE Inc. At sa GMA 7 Network, sa patuloy na pagsuporta nito sa EB."
Buboy Villar, another one of the new hosts, added his thanks, saying, "Unang una salamat po sa Diyos at sa inyo mga Kapuso! At sa Bumubuo ng Eat Bulaga Mabuhay po kayo 馃馃槶馃グ"
