Senator JV Ejercito expressed his confidence in the wisdom and fairness of the justice system, urging the public to uphold the principles that underpin the rule of law.

"I urge everyone to respect the wisdom and fairness of our justice system. Our justice system, despite its imperfections, is there to maintain law and order, protect our rights, and provide justice," Ejercito stated.

Acknowledging the imperfections inherent in any legal system, the senator emphasized the vital role it plays in ensuring a just society. He called on the public to remain steadfast in their commitment to upholding the rule of law and the principles of justice.

"I am sure that his legal team will exhaust all legal remedies for the cases he was convicted for," Ejercito remarked, highlighting the legal avenues available to Estrada to challenge the verdict.

Expressing his goodwill towards the convicted senator, Senator JV Ejercito extended his best wishes and pledged to continue praying for Senator Jinggoy Estrada and his family during this challenging time.
