FIBA Basketball World Cup Draw Reveals Match-ups for Participating Countries

The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Draw presented by Wanda has just taken place in Manila, Philippines, revealing the match-ups for all 32 participating countries.
The event was held at the Araneta Coliseum on Saturday, April 29 with basketball legends Luis Scola and Dirk Nowitzki on hand to assist with the draw.
The FIBA Central Board, as well as representatives from participating National Federations, also attended the event.
The draw was carried out according to established principles and laid out the pathway for each team as they vie for the championship.
The tournament will take place from August 25 to September 10, with games being held in the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia.
The results of the draw are as follows:

Group B - Araneta Coliseum, Manila, Philippines 1. South Sudan 2. Serbia 3. People's Republic of China 4. Puerto Rico

Group D - Mall of Asia Arena, Manila, Philippines 1. Egypt 2. Mexico 3. Montenegro 4. Lithuania
Group E - Okinawa Arena, Okinawa, Japan 1. Germany 2. Finland 3. Australia 4. Japan
Group F - Okinawa Arena, Okinawa, Japan 1. Slovenia 2. Cape Verde 3. Georgia 4. Venezuela
