Popular Filipino performer and social media influencer Gab Valenciano recently experienced a life-threatening car accident while on his way to speak at his uncle's church. Valenciano took to Instagram to share the details of the harrowing incident and express his gratitude for the support he received from both strangers and loved ones during his recovery.

In his Instagram post, Valenciano described how he was side-swiped by an SUV while driving on the freeway at approximately 75mph. The impact was so intense that it launched him a staggering 70ft away from the collision. Despite wearing full protective gear, the force of the crash burned through his jacket and pants.

The accident came as a shock to Valenciano, who has been riding motorcycles for almost two decades. He acknowledged that even after years of experience, unexpected incidents like this serve as valuable learning opportunities.

Valenciano extended his heartfelt appreciation to all the drivers and riders who stopped to assist him immediately after the accident. Their acts of kindness, including checking up on him, providing water and food, and exchanging contact information, deeply touched him. He specifically thanked @pumpkin_600, whom he had just met due to the incident and stayed by his side during those critical moments.

The performer also commended the firemen, police officers, and EMTs who responded to the scene with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. Their prompt actions made him feel safe and well-cared for following the major accident.

Valenciano expressed his gratitude to his friends, family, and loved ones for showering him with messages of encouragement and love, both locally and in Manila. Their unwavering support provided him with strength during the challenging recovery process.

Acknowledging the physical difficulties he faced, Valenciano thanked his uncle, Tito Ranier, for picking him up from the hospital and taking care of him during the initial days. With gashes on his lower and upper back, moving around, particularly at night, proved to be arduous. However, he remained optimistic, stating that all was well and progress was being made, albeit slowly but surely.

In a remarkable testament to his resilience, Valenciano shared that, by the grace of God, he was able to deliver his speech and share his life story with his family by his side on the following Sunday. He attributed his recovery and continued strength to his faith, quoting the verse "In all things, God works for the good of those who love Him."

Valenciano concluded his heartfelt message by sending blessings to all, urging everyone to stay safe, and emphasizing that everything was well under God's name.
