In an official statement, GMA Network addresses the recent lawsuit filed by TVJ against both GMA and TAPE. The Regional Trial Court has determined that GMA upheld contractual commitments and did not engage in copyright infringement or unfair competition.

The court emphasized GMA's nominal involvement and TVJ's absence of claims for damages against GMA.

While GMA will adhere to the Court's directive regarding Eat Bulaga episodes, the network plans to seek remedies through appellate courts, as stated by external counsel.
