ABS-CBN announced that "It's Showtime" will stop airing on TV5 starting July 1 and will be shown on GMA Network’s GTV Channel. It expressed its gratitude to TV5 Chairman Manny Pangilinan for his unwavering support for ABS-CBN and for enabling the wider audience to enjoy through their content partnership.

TVJ and his group will also be having its maiden show on TV5 on the same day but it is still unclear what title they will be using.

“For over 14 years, "It's Showtime" has been a source of joy and entertainment for viewers both locally and internationally. ABS-CBN highly values the deep connection it has built with its audience during the noontime slot. Consequently, ABS-CBN respectfully declined the 4:30 pm timeslot offered by TV5 for the show,” it added.

ABS-CBN assured fans that they can continue to watch their favorite noontime show on various platforms. "It's Showtime" will be available from Monday to Saturday at 12 noon on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and TFC.

Furthermore, ABS-CBN expressed its immense gratitude to GMA's GTV Channel for providing a new home for "It's Showtime." Starting from July 1, 2023, viewers can catch "It's Showtime" on GTV from Monday to Saturday at 12 noon. With this exciting move, the show aims to keep its loyal audience engaged and entertained. Indeed, it's time to get "G na G" (Greatly excited), Madlang People!
