Former Manila City Mayor and new Eat Bulaga host, Isko Moreno, recently extended a heartfelt message to showbiz icons Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, as well as their loyal viewers. Moreno expressed his congratulations and warm wishes to the trio and their fellow Dabarkads.
