After five seasons with the Medics, Jaja has become one of the team's star players and a fan favorite. However, it wasn't always certain that she would stick around for so long. The team's administrator admitted that after the first two years, he wasn't sure if there would be another season with Jaja on the team. But as time went on, it became clear that the Medics' unique ballet-style approach to volleyball suited her playing style perfectly.

It all started when Jaja chose to join the Medics, and the team's coach at the time, Yoshida, had a good understanding of her abilities. The vice coach also had a solid theory of volleyball that helped establish the Medics' middle-style play.

Marquinhos, another key player on the team, also found that the Medics' style of play suited his thinking, and together with Jaja, they formed a strong core for the team.

According to the administrator, the Medics' volleyball style was unique and set them apart from other teams. He also believes that Jaja has the potential to be one of the top middle blockers in the world, and there's even a chance she could make the Japan team in the near future.

As Jaja's time with the Medics comes to a close, the administrator expresses some sadness but also pride in the work she's done for the team. Medics fans can look forward to seeing her play with that same passion and skill in the future.
