In a video posted on social media, the popular Filipino rock band Kamikazee found themselves in hot water due to their alleged attitude issues during a performance in Sorsogon.
Gov. Jose Edwin Hamor claims that Kamikazee failed to meet ‘simple requests’, ultimately resulting in their removal from the event.
The video was posted by Jonathan Valdez, who claims he has experience bringing bands and artists to Sorsogon. He said in his post, "In my years of bringing bands/artists in Sorsogon, never po nag request ng picture si Gov. And I believe all the artists/bands na nakapunta sa Sorsogon can attest how considerate, kind, & generous Gov is, kaya naman I did everything to accommodate his very simple request couple of days before the event. IMAGO & I BELONG TO THE ZOO said 'No problem' graciously, while this KAMIKAZE has been my source of stress days before the event for this simple request - hindi sumasagot."
Valdez said Kamikazee finally agreed to the request only 30 minutes before their set, leaving Gov. Hamor waiting for their arrival at the venue. Despite their delayed cooperation, Kamikazee refused to leave their van and take the requested picture, even after Valdez offered to charge them an additional fee. It wasn't until Gov. Hamor's assistant intervened that Kamikazee reluctantly complied with the request.
During the "Konsierto sa Casiguran 423rd Town Fiesta," Gov.
