Kurashiki Ablaze emerged victorious in a five-set match against Creamline, claiming the Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference crown with a 19-25, 25-23, 25-19, 20-25, 15-13 decision.

The Japanese team stunned both their opponents and the raucous hometown crowd with an improbable six-game sweep of their first overseas campaign, culminating in back-to-back victories against the league's winningest squad.

The Ablaze displayed an epic display of power, style, and resiliency, securing the title in a tightly-contested decider where they overcame a 12-13 deficit by winning the last three points. Setter and skipper Kyoka Ohshima's exceptional 19-excellent set performance earned her the Finals MVP trophy, overshadowing Creamline's Asaka who previously launched their campaign with a 29-point game.

Meanwhile, in a separate match, Cignal bagged the bronze medal in the Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference after defeating F2 Logistics with a 25-22, 23-25, 25-20, 25-18 victory. Rose Doria led the HD Spikers' charge, contributing seven of her 10 points in a rip-roaring fourth set attack. The victory marked another podium finish for Cignal, building on their success in the Open and Invitational Conferences last year, where they clinched the bronze medal before yielding the Reinforced crown to the Petro Gazz Angels.

Despite F2 Logistics' valiant efforts, they fell short of matching their third-place finish in the All Filipino Conference earlier in the season. Ces Molina and Jovelyn Gonzaga displayed commendable performances for the Cargo Movers, but Cignal's balanced scoring and strong hitting proved decisive.
