In response to the alleged viral video depicting the death of actor Ronaldo Valdez, the Quezon City Police Department (QCPD) has taken swift action by relieving two officers from the responding team.

This decision, confirmed by PNP acting chief PIO PCol. Jean Fajardo, also extends to the station commander who has been relieved from duty due to potential command responsibility.

Beyond facing administrative consequences, the QCPD personnel involved are set to confront a criminal complaint for the violation of the Data Privacy Act.
