The PBA Commissioner's Office gave the green light on Monday for a high-profile three-team, multi-player trade involving NorthPort, NLEX, and San Miguel, reshaping team rosters and dynamics in the Philippine Basketball Association.

The focal point of this trade extravaganza is the transfer of the talented 6-foot-1 shooting guard, Robert Bolick.

NorthPort reluctantly bid farewell to Bolick, sending him to NLEX in an effort to address their own needs and bolster their lineup.

NLEX, in pursuit of a replacement for star guard Kevin Alas, who suffered a season-ending ACL injury, strategically secured Bolick's services.

To sweeten the deal, the Road Warriors also acquired reserve guard Kent Salado from NorthPort.

In return for parting ways with Bolick and Salado, NorthPort received a substantial package from NLEX.

The Batang Pier added big man Ben Adamos, skilled guard Kris Rosales, versatile small forward Don Trollano, and NLEX's second-round pick in the upcoming PBA Season 49 draft.

This initial NorthPort-NLEX trade set the stage for another significant move, as San Miguel seized the opportunity to negotiate with NorthPort. In exchange for Trollano, NorthPort received Allyn Bulanadi, Jeepy Faundo, and San Miguel's second-round pick in the 51st PBA Season.
