The Philippines Bowling Federation, Inc. (PBF) has once again brought honor to the country, as Krizziah Macatula and Grace Gella clinched the bronze medal in the Women's Doubles event at the 2023 IBF World Championships held in Kuwait.

This achievement marks a significant milestone for Team Philippines, as it's been more than four decades since the last medal was won at this prestigious international bowling competition.

The last time the country celebrated such success was in 1979 when bowling legends Lita Dela Rosa and Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Commissioner Bong Coo made their mark on the world stage.
