The Philippine women's national volleyball team has kicked off their campaign in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games with a victory against Cambodia.
The game on Tuesday, May 9 was held at the Indoor Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The Filipinas dominated the game with a score of 25-5, 25-5, 25-5.

As the match progressed, the Filipinas continued to dominate, embarking on an impressive 10-1 run in the third set. This outstanding streak not only widened the gap between the teams but also secured the top position for the Philippine team in Group B.
The Filipinas' performance against Cambodia bodes well for their future matches in the tournament, particularly their upcoming match against Vietnam.
The Vietnamese team also won their opening match and currently shares the top spot in Group B with the Philippine team.
