The Philippines' gold medal count in the ongoing 32nd Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia has reached 13 as of the latest update.

Jiu-jitsu athlete Marc Alexander Lim brought home the country's 13th gold medal by winning the men's Ne-waza Nogi -69 kilogram competition on May 7. This was the third gold medal for the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of the Philippines.

Meanwhile, Noelle Zoleta-Mañalac and Princess Catindig emerged victorious in the soft tennis women's doubles event, adding another gold medal to the country's tally.

In another event, Jamie Lim, the daughter of PBA legend Samboy Lim, earned her second gold medal in the SEA Games by defeating Cambodia's Chakriya Vann in the final of women's -61kg kumite. Lim previously won gold in the 2019 SEA Games, and took home two bronze medals at last year's edition in Vietnam.

Kim Mangrobang demonstrated her athletic prowess once again in the ongoing Games, earning a gold medal in the duathlon event with a total time of 1:04:25.3, successfully defending her previous gold medal title.

Mangrobang was a two-time gold medalist at the 2019 SEA Games in Hanoi, where she won both the duathlon and triathlon events.

Team Philippines demonstrated their relay obstacle course racing prowess, with both the men's and women's teams taking home gold medals in their respective categories.

The men's team consisted of Ahgie Radan, Elias Tabac, Mervin Guarte, and Jay-ar de Castro, while the women's team was composed of Sandi Menchi Abahan, Mecca Cortizano, Milky Mae Tejares, and Maritess Nocyao.
