The Philippines' women's soft tennis team has secured the country's 25th gold medal at the 32nd Southeast Asian Games held in Cambodia.

The team composed of Noelle Zoleta, Noelle Mañalac, Christy Sañosa, Princess Catindig, Virvienica Bejosano, and Fatima Amirul,
dominated against Indonesia in the final, 5-4, 4-2, 5-0.

This marks the country's second gold medal in soft tennis as Zoleta and Catindig also triumphed in the women's doubles event on Sunday, May 10.
