Silang, Cavite - The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) paid tribute to POLICE GENERAL BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR., the 29th Chief of the Philippine National Police, through a magnificent Testimonial Parade and Review held at Camp Castañeda Grounds on Wednesday, June 7.
