Speaker Martin Romualdez has categorically refuted "speculations" suggesting that the House of Representatives is giving priority to the resolution urging the Marcos administration to cooperate with the International Criminal Court (ICC) investigation into deaths linked to former President Rodrigo Duterte's "war on drugs."
Addressing the issue, Romualdez stated, "People speculating that the House is prioritizing the resolution urging the Philippine government to support the ICC probe are entitled to their own opinion."
The Speaker emphasized the need for a fair and transparent legislative process and assured that the House's agenda is determined with careful consideration of various national matters.
