The NDRRM Operations Center's alert status is Red, indicating a critical response phase. Resources and manpower are strategically positioned for swift relief efforts. Preemptive evacuation measures, along with essential assistance, have been executed. Emergency Alert and Warning Messages are disseminated to keep the public informed and safe.
