Habagat, a stray dog, is now on the path to recovery thanks to the efforts of the SANA shelter team and individuals.

Recently, Habagat was taken under the care of a rider and transported to the Purrfect Spot Veterinary Clinic and Grooming Station for a check-up and his chemotherapy shot.
The examination revealed that Habagat was suffering from a tumor, Transmissible Venereal Tumor (TVT), which had caused swelling and a rupture. Without hesitation, the veterinary team administered the chemo shot to combat the TVT. Thankfully, Habagat's spirit and vitality allowed him to avoid hospitalization.

Habagat's journey to recovery continues as he is scheduled for his second chemotherapy shot at the Purrfect Spot Veterinary Clinic. Treatment for TVT typically involves weekly chemo shots to ensure a recovery, preventing further deterioration.
The SANA shelter team is reaching out to the community for support in covering the costs of Habagat's chemotherapy and transportation expenses. Your contributions will make a difference in his journey to a healthier life.
