TAPE's Eat Bulaga Facebook page faced a setback as it was taken down following alleged mass reporting. Despite this setback, the hosts of the popular noontime show reassured viewers that they would continue to bring joy through the revamped "Eat Bulaga" program.
On Tuesday's episode, which aired on June 20, Paolo Contis, along with co-hosts Isko Moreno, and others, addressed the issue of mass reporting during their discussion on the show. Contis humorously acknowledged the success of those who reported the page, saying, "May nabalitaan ako. Sa Facebook daw maraming newscaster, mga nagre-report at nagtagumpay sila. Congratulations! Ang gagaling niyo!" He then emphasized their determination to bring happiness and enjoyment to their audience, stating, "Pero kami, ang gusto lang namin ay magpasaya at mag-enjoy kaya hindi kami susuko. Mapapanood niyo pa rin ang 'Eat Bulaga' sa Facebook, sa official Facebook page ni Yorme (Moreno) at sa official Facebook page ko. Paolo Contis".
Contis also highlighted the fact that his and Moreno's Facebook pages are verified by the platform, jokingly suggesting that they would resort to using the other hosts' social media pages if their pages were also taken down. He expressed their unwavering commitment by saying, "Hindi tayo susuko. Kumbaga, katulad ng mga Dabarkads natin na nanonood, na sa kani-kanilang buhay ay hindi sumusuko."
Addressing the viewers, Contis assured them that their dedication to bringing happiness remains steadfast. He acknowledged their support and presence, whether in the studio, in front of the television, or across the world, stating, "Dahil nandyan kayo—sa studio, d’yan sa TV, sa buong mundo—hindi kami titigil na mapasaya kayo sa maliit naming kaparaanan."
