After days of tracking and monitoring, Typhoon Hanna has finally exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility, providing relief to affected regions. As of 10:00 AM, the typhoon's center was estimated to be 360 km Northwest of Itbayat, Batanes, with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 165 km/h. The central pressure was recorded at 975 hPa.

Presently, Typhoon Hanna is moving North Northwestward at a speed of 15 km/h. Although the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS) have been lifted, certain hazards continue to affect land areas.

The Southwest Monsoon, enhanced by Typhoon Hanna, is expected to bring occasional to monsoon rains over the western portion of Luzon in the next three days. Additionally, gusty conditions will persist in various areas not under any Wind Signal, especially in coastal and upland/mountainous regions exposed to winds.

The affected regions over the next few days include Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Nueva Vizcaya, the southern portion of Aurora, Zambales, Bataan, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Occidental Mindoro, Romblon, Marinduque, the northern portion of Palawan including Calamian, Kalayaan, and Cuyo Islands, as well as most of CALABARZON, Bicol Region, and Western Visayas.

Typhoon Hanna's track indicates that it will slowly move west northwestward over the Taiwan Strait while gradually weakening.

While Typhoon Hanna has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility, residents in affected regions are urged to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions as they continue to face potential hazards associated with its aftermath. Authorities will closely monitor the situation to ensure the safety of the affected communities.
