The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has taken into custody seven co-accused of former Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo in connection with a qualified human trafficking case.

According to NBI Director Jaime Santiago, five of the suspects, including the president of POGO company Zun Yuan Technology Center, voluntarily surrendered to the NBI in Central Luzon. Meanwhile, the company’s treasurer and secretary surrendered to Task Force Bamban.

This development is part of the ongoing investigation into alleged illegal activities linked to POGO operations in the area. The case has drawn significant attention as authorities continue to crack down on human trafficking activities tied to the online gaming industry.

The surrender of these individuals marks a critical step forward in the investigation, with the NBI committed to pursuing justice in the case. Further updates are expected as the investigation progresses.
