Two women implicated in a child abuse case alongside Kingdom of Jesus Christ leader Apollo Quiboloy have surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation Southeastern Mindanao (NBI SEMRO) on Thursday morning, April 4th. Quiboloy remains at large, prompting authorities to classify him as a fugitive from justice.

According to NBI SEMRO director Atty. Archie Albao, negotiations are ongoing with lawyers in the hope that Quiboloy will also surrender. "Within 10 days, the warrant of arrest allows us to serve the warrant," stated Atty. Albao. Despite uncertainties regarding Quiboloy's whereabouts, immigration records indicate that he has not left the Philippines.

The recent surrender of the two accused women follows concerns that Quiboloy might attempt to evade arrest. "Under the law, if you are not arrested, you are considered a fugitive from justice," emphasized Atty. Albao, highlighting the seriousness of the situation. Authorities urge anyone with information on Quiboloy's whereabouts to come forward promptly.
