April 10th Declared As National Holiday For Eid'l Fitr 2024

In a significant move to honor the religious and cultural significance of Eid'l Fitr, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has officially declared April 10th as a regular holiday nationwide. The proclamation, detailed in Proclamation No. 514, aims to elevate the observance of Eid'l Fitr, also known as the Feast of Ramadhan, to the forefront of the national consciousness.

President Marcos emphasized the importance of fostering unity and understanding among all Filipinos, regardless of religious affiliation, by joining in the celebration with our Muslim brothers and sisters.
