The drama between Archie Alemania and Rita Daniela continues to unfold as Archie officially filed his counter-affidavit in response to Rita's acts of lasciviousness complaint.

The counter-affidavit was submitted as part of the preliminary investigation conducted by the fiscal's office. While details of the affidavit were not disclosed, reports suggest that much of Archie's statement focuses on denying the allegations made by Rita.

Rita's legal counsel was also present during the filing, emphasizing their efforts to protect the actress from further emotional distress.

"Because of the trauma that the alleged victims of this crime are undergoing psychologically, as her counsel, I also have to protect her mental health," Rita's lawyer shared.

When asked how Rita is holding up, her lawyer admitted, "Actually, up to this date, even up to now, she's not okay."

Rita is expected to submit her formal response to Archie's counter-affidavit on December 17, marking the next step in this legal battle.
