After touring with the band since February, the Rock in Rio gig seems to have hit him hard, and he’s not holding back about how it’s impacted him mentally and emotionally.

In his heartfelt message, Arnel expressed immense gratitude for the support he's received throughout the tour, stating, "Thank you so much to everyone who came to Journey's shows since February this year. Every time I’m on stage with the band, I feel this immense gratitude, humility, and honor."

But despite the joy of performing, he admitted feeling devastated about how things turned out at Rock in Rio. "No one more than me in this world feels so devastated about this… It’s amazing how 1,000 right things you’ve done can be forgotten because of this," he wrote.

Arnel didn’t shy away from acknowledging the personal toll it’s taken on him, confessing, "Mentally and emotionally, I’ve suffered already, and I’m still suffering." He went on to offer a bold proposition to his fans and critics alike: "I am offering you a chance now (especially those who’ve hated me and never liked me from the beginning) to simply text GO or STAY right here. And if GO reaches 1 million… I’m stepping out for good."

While Pineda’s pain is evident, he ended his post on a note of thanks to those who have believed in him from the start, even during these tough moments. Fans and followers have since flooded the comments with messages of love and support, but the future of his journey with Journey seems to hang in the balance, as he awaits the public's response.
