The family of two children tragically found deceased inside a parked car in Barangay Malabanias, Angeles City, is seeking a re-autopsy to uncover the circumstances surrounding their deaths. The two children, aged 2 and 3, were discovered inside the vehicle late Friday afternoon.

Steffany Villegas, the mother of one of the victims, expressed their desire for a thorough investigation, stating, "We want the children to undergo re-autopsy. We want to investigate how they ended up inside the car."

Acknowledging their own responsibility, Villegas added, "We admit our shortcomings, but the vehicle owner also bears responsibility."

On March 25, 2024, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin Jr. paid a visit to the wake of the deceased children, accompanied by members of the Barangay Malabanias Council, including Captain Luz Nava. Mayor Lazatin extended support by providing free caskets for the children.
