Former Governor Pryde Henry Teves Arrested On Terrorism Financing Charges

Pryde Henry Teves, the brother of former Congressman Arnolfo “Arnie” Teves Jr., has been arrested on charges related to terrorism financing under the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act of 2012.
The arrest comes amidst ongoing efforts to address security threats in Negros Oriental. Pryde Henry was also the former Governor of the province.
In a passionate Facebook post, Janice Degamo, widow of Former Governor Roel Degamo, expressed her determination for justice following the arrest of Henry Teves.
She highlighted the alleged connection between Henry Teves and the activities of the Teves Terrorist Group, linking them to the tragic assassination of her husband. She vowed to pursue further legal actions against Henry Teves, emphasizing her commitment to seeking justice for her late husband and ensuring peace in Negros Oriental.
