Senator Gatchalian took to social media, quoting the San Roque Cathedral Parish's assertion that the baptismal certificates of Guo's siblings are fraudulent. According to him, "Ayon sa San Roque Cathedral Parish, peke ang baptismal certificates ng mga kapatid ni Guo Hua Ping aka Alice Guo. Ito ang ginamit sa kanilang late registration of birth sa Caloocan."

This claim raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the documents used for the late registration of the birth of Guo's siblings in Caloocan. If proven true, these allegations could have significant legal implications.
