Get Ready For A Star-Studded Wish 107.5 Anniversary Concert: 'Wish Date: Obscure'!

Hey music lovers! Mark your calendars for Sunday, August 11, 2024, because Wish 107.5 is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style with a spectacular event at the Araneta Coliseum. This isn’t just any concert—it's the 14th edition of the iconic Wish Date series, produced by KDR Music House.
What Makes Wish Date Special?
Unlike your typical concert, Wish Date weaves a unique experience by blending a short film with live performances from some of the best OPM artists. The film acts as the heart of the show, guiding the performances and setting a powerful narrative.
A Star-Studded Lineup
Headlining the night is Stell from SB19, who’s been making waves with his solo debut “Room” and a jaw-dropping rendition of “All By Myself” at David Foster’s recent show in the Philippines. Joining him are the amazing Gigi De Lana and the Gigi Vibes, and the beloved Silent Sanctuary, both returning to the Wish Date stage after rocking it in their previous performances.
We’re also thrilled to have Neocolours, the legendary pop-rock band from the ‘80s known for hits like “Tuloy Pa Rin” and “Hold On.” Plus, KDR Music House talents like Hakki, Letters from June, and Esay will showcase their musical prowess, adding to the night’s magic.
The Heart of 'Obscure'
The evening’s short film, “Obscure,” tells the story of Carlos, a lawyer with a traumatic past, played by Elijah Canlas. It’s a tale of love, redemption, and finding light in the darkest times. The film also stars JC Alcantara, Karina Bautista, and Bernadette Allyson-Estrada.
A Celebration with a Cause
In true Wish 107.5 fashion, the event isn’t just about music and films. It’s also about giving back. Select performers will be dedicating parts of their performances to their chosen beneficiaries, highlighting the station’s ongoing commitment to charity.

The festivities don’t stop there! Wish 107.5 is also rolling out special anniversary merchandise for lucky winners of its radio and on-ground activities. Plus, Wish South Korea has joined the celebration with live social media broadcasts and new Wishclusive performances from their newly launched bus in Korea. This means Wish 107.5 now has four buses broadcasting live performances in the Philippines, USA, and Korea.
