The House Quad-Committee has issued an arrest warrant for former presidential spokesperson, Atty. Harry Roque, after he failed to submit important documents, including tax records, needed for their investigation into illegal POGO operations.

In response, Roque firmly denied any connection to the controversial POGO firm, Lucky South 99. He emphasized that, based on the statement from Cassandra Li Ong, he is not serving as the company's legal counsel and insisted that the documents being requested have no relevance to POGO operations.

“In the eyes of Quad-Com, I am guilty until proven innocent,” Roque expressed frustration, adding that the committee’s actions have deeply affected his personal life. “The Quad-Com is destroying my family and humiliating my children. Because of this, I have decided not to appear before the Quad-Com until these issues are brought to the highest court for a proper judicial ruling.”

Roque’s remarks signal his intent to challenge the committee’s moves, as the investigation continues to unfold.
