'I'm Not the Mastermind, I'm A Victim': Alice Guo Denies Involvement In POGO Operations

In a Senate hearing held on September 24, Alice Guo passionately denied any involvement in the illegal activities of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO). She made it clear that she is not the mastermind, claiming instead that she is a victim of the situation. Guo expressed her willingness to name the "most guilty" party in an executive session.

Meanwhile, Tony Yang, the brother of former presidential economic adviser Michael Yang, also denied having any connection to POGO operations. Contrary to the allegations made by Sen. Risa Hontiveros, who identified him as the president and major stakeholder of POGO service provider Oroone, Yang stood firm in his claim that he does not own or manage any POGO business.

As the Senate continues its probe into these controversial operations, both Guo and Yang insist on their innocence.
