"Sa mga ka-lugar ko d'yan sa Concepcion, unang-una p, Salamat sa tiwala at supporta niyo na ibinigay sa akin," Perez began. He continued, explaining that he feels it’s not yet the right time for him to pursue a role in public office.

"Ipinaalam ko lang po na hindi na po ako tatakbo o tutuloy bilang konsehal ng Concepcion. Dahil gusto ko po muna ihanda ang sarili ko, para hindi mapahiya sa inyo at mapaglingkuran kayo ng tama," he said, underscoring his commitment to serving his community in a way that’s worthy of their trust and expectations.
