Kapuso actress and singer Rita Daniela has taken a bold step to protect her rights, filing a complaint of acts of lasciviousness against actor Archie Alemania. Rita formally lodged the complaint this morning, October 30, 2024, at the Office of the Prosecutor in Bacoor City, where she resides. This comes after a troubling encounter between the two, who were previously cast together in the Kapuso primetime series *Widow’s War.*

The alleged incident, according to Rita's sworn affidavit, took place during a thanksgiving party hosted by actress Bea Alonzo at her Quezon City home. Rita shared that despite a busy day, she attended the gathering to show support for Bea. However, the night took a distressing turn when, upon arrival, she noted Archie’s inebriated state. Rita claims he made inappropriate comments directed at her, causing her discomfort right from the start. Later, when Bea asked her and fellow actor Royce Cabrera to perform a song, Archie reportedly interrupted with explicit remarks, embarrassing her further in front of the group.

What began as awkward comments allegedly escalated into more troubling actions. According to Rita's affidavit, Archie insisted on giving her a ride home after the party, despite her already having booked a Grab. Feeling pressured and assuming his intentions were brotherly, Rita accepted. But as they drove through Cavitex, she says he began making advances, placing his hand on her shoulder and neck. Rita claims the situation worsened when they arrived at her home, with Archie reportedly attempting to kiss her forcefully and making inappropriate remarks, leaving her feeling violated and shaken.

Following the incident, Rita says she reached out to GMA management to report her experience, requesting that Archie be removed from *Widow’s War*, citing the trauma she endured.

As of now, Archie Alemania has yet to publicly respond to these allegations.
