LRTA Calls Out 'Random Train Date' Stunt: Safety First, Not Social Media Likes

So, imagine this: you're on your usual commute on the LRT-2, minding your own business, and suddenly, right in front of you, someone sets up a full-blown dinner date on the train. Sounds like a scene out of a rom-com, right? Well, that's precisely what happened recently, and it's making waves on social media.

A video titled "random train date" by @TrionKwentos is going viral, showing a passenger casually setting up a dining experience on a moving LRT-2 train. While it might look quirky and fun, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) isn’t exactly amused.

In a recent advisory, the LRTA clarified that the stunt was done without any authorization or clearance from their management. And here’s the thing – activities like this are a big no-no on LRTA premises. The authority reminded everyone that while creativity is great, safety and consideration for other passengers should always come first.

Content creators, this one's for you: let's keep our creative juices flowing, but not at the expense of safety and regulations. The LRTA emphasized that they reserve the right to take necessary actions against anyone who compromises the safety and security of passengers.

So next time you're riding the train, maybe save the dinner dates for solid ground. The LRTA, and your fellow passengers, will thank you for it!
