National Bureau of Investigation Assistant Director Atty. Lito Magno expressed optimism that Catherine Salazar, who has been linked to the investigation involving Alice Guo, will fully cooperate with the authorities. Salazar was tagged by the NBI as a "doppelganger" of Guo.

Magno mentioned that Salazar’s lawyer initially conveyed their intention to clear up some matters but prefers to address certain questions in the Senate. The case has stirred curiosity since Salazar was allegedly made to look like Alice Guo to mislead authorities in their search for the real Guo last July.

With the investigation still unfolding, Magno remains hopeful that Salazar’s cooperation will help clarify the situation and bring the truth to light.
