No Resignation For VP Sara Duterte

Vice President Sara Duterte acknowledged the apparent confusion surrounding her previous remarks about her potential candidacy in the upcoming elections.
Duterte clarified that her intentions were explicitly outlined in her speech at Bago Gallera village in Davao City.
"It's all laid out in my speech at Bago Gallera village in Davao City. I think the confusion comes from the piecemeal appreciation of the people to what I said. They removed one line, so they can give their own interpretation," said VP Duterte.
Despite the speculations, Duterte firmly asserted that there is no plan for her to resign from her current position as the Secretary of the Department of Education. "I didn't say anything like that (resignation) in my speech. That's why when people ask, I always say everything is clear in my speech," she emphasized.
