PAOCC Chief Gilbert Cruz Names Alleged POGO 'Godfather' Arrested By Immigration
PAOCC
PAOCC Chief Usec. Gilbert Cruz has officially named Lyu Dong, also known by several aliases, as the so-called "godfather" of POGO operations in the Philippines. According to Cruz, Lyu was apprehended following a mission order issued by the Bureau of Immigration for violations of his conditions of stay.

Cruz went on to elaborate on Lyu’s role in the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations (POGO) industry.

With Lyu Dong’s arrest, the PAOCC continues its crackdown on illegal POGO activities and aims to address the growing concerns surrounding these operations.
