Pope Francis Shows Signs Of Improvement, But Doctors Remain Cautious
Pope Francis is on the mend, but doctors are still keeping a close watch. According to the latest update from the Vatican, the 87-year-old Pontiff has shown “slight further improvement” over the past 24 hours. His recent kidney issues have subsided, and a CT scan confirmed that his lung inflammation is progressing as expected. Even his blood tests are looking good.

That’s all great news, but the Pope isn’t out of the woods just yet. He remains on high-flow oxygen therapy, though he hasn’t had any asthma-like breathing episodes in the past day. His respiratory physiotherapy is ongoing, and while his health seems to be stabilizing, the Vatican notes that his overall prognosis remains “guarded.”

Still, Pope Francis isn’t letting his health slow him down too much. On Wednesday morning, he received the Eucharist, and by the afternoon, he was back to work. It’s clear he’s determined to keep up with his duties, even while recovering.

For now, the world continues to pray for his full recovery, and the Vatican promises to keep everyone updated on his condition.
